We are sorry to hear of Carol's passing. Even though few words had been exchanged, he always seemed so friendly and we enjoyed him.
There was such a empty spot on the West side of town when the Felton's moved to Superior. We missed seeing them.
Prior to their move we would pass by their house to find Carol sitting on the porch, always quick to wave. Sometimes Geraldine would be there by his side enjoying a cool afternoon. I loved it as it reminded me of days gone by when folks sat on their porches, and had time for their neighbors.
I am sure it was a bit un-nerving to each of you but we always got such a kick out of (and a big grin on our faces) to see Carol escorting Geraldine on that Gator (or whatever it was) around town.
Yes, Carol will be missed. I hope in the coming days, each of you will be able to share your fondest memories of Carol. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
